Building a company is hard.

Building a great team is even harder.

In We Were Rizing, a founder reflects on the journey of launching and scaling an IT services company in a fast-moving, high-pressure industry. What began as ambition soon became a test of character, partnership, and resilience.

This is not a highlight reel. It’s a candid, behind-the-scenes account of demanding clients, pivotal decisions, missteps, and defining moments that shaped a culture built on trust and collaboration.

Through honest storytelling and leadership lessons learned the hard way, this book reveals a simple truth: sustainable success is never about one person at the top – it’s built by people who commit, grow, and win together.
