This book is my best attempt at blending personal experience with general juvenile dependency knowledge. Shedding light on a specific type of court proceeding happening right under our noses that the public is highly unaware of partly because this is exactly how the federal government wants it and also because it the only court process in our judicial system that doesn’t allow the public access to all under the guise of confidentiality laws allegedly propped up to protect the minors involved in cases such as the one I cover in this book. This is my tell all featuring real people real locations real courts real judges real social workers. My firsthand experience dealing with the juvenile dependency court of Solano County located in California.
