The Other Side of the Mirror – Five Stories of Being Truly Seen

Some desires take a lifetime to admit to. Five stories about people who finally do.

Cara has been neighbours with Dara for months, certain nothing would come of it, until the evening she sees over the fence and everything changes. Douglas spends his last day at work preoccupied with which colour panties he is wearing, because tomorrow he stops hiding and Serena begins. Vivienne goes on a first date in her female persona, her wife having helped with her makeup and picked out the dress. Liam falls in love with Maya over a summer and thinks he knows her completely, until the night she tells him the thing she has been afraid to say. And Sienna discovers something on her partner’s camera that opens a conversation neither of them expected to be having, and both of them needed.

Five complete stories of desire, identity, and the particular relief of being known.
